16. Riverdance
You cannot help but be overwhelmed every time you see this marvellous show, I have seen it a few times in different parts of the world and there is something spectacular and not to be missed in this truly Irish performance.
17. Shackleton – Trans-Antarctic Expedition
Based in Dun Laoghaire, this exhibition tells the amazing story of Sir Ernest Shackletons Trans-Antarctic expedition and the triumph over great and terrible odds. The exhibition is being held until the 30th August in the Dun Laoghaire Ferry Terminal.
18. Johnnie Fox’s Pub
For old world charm, authenticity and some great craic, head to Dublin’s highest pub. Just a 25 minute drive
from Dublin, this is NOT to be missed and is loved by locals and tourists alike –

head to Dublin’s oldest pub , and be transported back in time, letting your imagination run wild!
20. Guinness Storehouse
Tourist trap or not, a walk through the multimedia enhanced Guinness Storehouse is brilliant. This is a
fantastically fun journey that takes you – floor by floor – through the history, marketing and brewing of the
world’s most favourite beer….Guinness! By the time you have navigated the 6 floors your arrival at the sky bar
is greeted with the best poured Guinness (debatable I am sure) in Dublin!…oh yes….and the 360 degree views
